do you know what hydroponics is? well if you dont you can read this to give you ideas of what hydroponics is. i liked learning about this today it was interresting.

 WALT:understand and explain concepts of traditional Maori time telling. 

We were learning about Maramataka and the Gregorian sun calendar yesterday. We were learning about when Maori stopped using their traditional Maori Luna calendar. They started using the Gregorian sun calendar. 

Did you know that it takes 360 1/2 days for the earth to go around the sun. Before the sun rises there are stars that the Maori  ancestors would look for on the east horizon.

Tuesday is associated with the god of war and  mars. 

I wonder: how did Maori know when it was time to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

WALT: last week a teacher called Whaea venessa came into our school and give use all the tips for a chrome book. it was fun last week because a scientist that came from Auckland also came into our school and we were talking 

about atoms and DNA.so there is the solids the liquids and the gases. and also DNA stands for Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid DNA.
